These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.haloefoils.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Halo Efoils, a division of MSLR Electric Inc. (“Halo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately. Halo reserves the right to update, change, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. All orders placed through the Site are subject to our shipping, warranty, and return policies as outlined herein. Halo partners with trusted carriers to ensure safe and efficient delivery of all orders. Most shipments are processed through Ship Parcel in Kelowna, which provides competitive air and ground rates and collaborates with major carriers to offer reliable delivery across Canada and internationally.
1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, media, designs, product descriptions, graphics, videos, photographs, text, downloadable files, and overall functionality available on the Site are the exclusive property of Halo Efoils and MSLR Electric Inc., protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. This includes all associated marks such as Halo Efoils™, MSLED®, M-Jet™, and VertiDrive™. 2. ACCOUNTS AND USER RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Halo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms, involved in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or used in a way that may damage the Site or the Halo brand. It is your responsibility to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. SALE OF GOODS AND SERVICES
Halo Efoils offers a range of goods and services including electric hydrofoil boards, propulsion systems, MSLED® lighting kits, VertiDrive™ adjustable masts, apparel, training programs, and related accessories. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at checkout, and orders are processed only upon successful payment authorization. While we strive to ensure that product listings, availability, and descriptions are accurate, Halo reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected misuse. In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued where applicable.
4. THIRD-PARTY GOODS AND SERVICES
From time to time, our Site may feature links to or integrate products and services provided by third-party vendors or partners. These third parties operate independently of Halo, and we do not guarantee or assume responsibility for their accuracy, reliability, or compliance with local regulations. 5. PAYMENTS
Halo Efoils accepts payments via major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved digital payment gateways. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that sufficient funds are available. Halo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction in the event of suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of applicable laws. All transactions are processed securely, and no financial information is stored directly on our servers. Refunds, when applicable, will only be issued in accordance with Halo’s official Return & Warranty Policy.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our Canadian logistics center in Kelowna, BC. We coordinate all shipments through Ship Parcel Kelowna, which partners with major carriers such as FedEx, Purolator, and UPS to secure the most competitive domestic and international rates. Shipping times may vary depending on region and carrier. Halo is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries resulting from inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer, customs clearance delays, or carrier-related issues. For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by local authorities.
7. CONSUMER PROTECTION COMPLIANCE
These Terms and Conditions have been drafted in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws of Canada and the Province of British Columbia. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection legislation, the applicable statutory provisions shall take precedence and be interpreted to preserve the intent of the original clause to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halo Efoils, MSLR Electric Inc., and all associated directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use this Site, its content, or linked services. This includes, without limitation, any damages related to loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
