HALO SHIPPING POLICY – CANADA
All Halo orders are thoroughly inspected, packaged, and shipped with care from our Canadian facility. Each product passes a detailed quality control process to ensure it meets Halo’s premium standards before leaving our warehouse.
We proudly ship across Canada using a range of trusted carriers, coordinated through our logistics partner Ship Parcel in Kelowna, BC. Ship Parcel works with all major carriers, allowing us to secure the most competitive air and ground rates for every order. Shipping times vary by region, but most Canadian customers can expect delivery within 3–7 business days after processing.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and carrier details so you can follow your shipment’s progress in real time.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Halo also offers worldwide shipping to select regions. For international orders, Ship Parcel will select the most reliable and cost-effective carrier available based on your destination. Transit times typically range from 5–10 business days after processing.
For regions with customs or import regulations, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or brokerage feescharged at the border.
